Answer: Wireless internet access is available throughout the hotel and high-speed wired internet access is available in all guestrooms.
Question: Do you have a fitness center? What kind of equipment does it have? What are the hours?
Answer: Yes, it is open 24 hours a day. It includes treadmills, free weights, elliptical machines and a stationary bike.

Answer: Yes, Sun – Thu 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. for breakfast and 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m. for dinner; Fri and Sat 6:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. for breakfast and 5:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. for dinner.

Answer: No, but the doormen can arrange for car services for a fee.
Question: What are your cross streets?
Answer: We are located between 6th and 7th Avenues.
Question: Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer: There is valet parking, $48 a day, no in and out access. It will be billed to the room. (please allow 45 minutes when calling for your automobile).

Reservations

Question: Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer: We do provide cribs complimentary; however we do not have rollaways.
Question: I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer: Contact the company you made the reservation with.
Question: What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer: 18 years old
Question: What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer: If booked directly through the Hotel, we have a 24 Hour prior to arrival cancellation policy on most reservations. You must cancel by 6 p.m. Eastern Standard time the day prior to arrival to avoid penalty. On certain reservations a special cancellation may apply. If booked through a third party, please contact the booking agent directly for cancellation policies.
Question: Is my ID/passport required at check in?
Answer: Yes, a valid government issued picture ID is required for Hotel Check-in.

Answer: Yes, we do have connecting rooms. Please make arrangements in advance so your request can be accommodated.
