  • Reservations must be canceled at least 72 hours prior to your arrival date to avoid a one night's room and tax charge to your credit card.
  • An early departure fee in the amount of up to (1) night's room and tax may apply for all group rooms.
  • The credit card attached to each reservation is being used to guarantee your room. Please provide a credit card at the time of check in for room, tax & incidentals.
  • Terms & Conditions must be accepted verbally via the phone or online by checking the terms and conditions check box. Terms & Conditions will be printed on all email confirmations and on the KimptonHotels.com and Hotel websites
  • Terms & Conditions only apply to current reservations and are not applicable to future group bookings. This is a special terms and conditions for the Kimpton Small Group Desk.
