News of The Muse
At The Muse Hotel New York, a Kimpton Hotel, we believe that luxury and sustainability go hand-in-hand. Our dedication to the health of the planet is as sincere and acclaimed as our commitment to exceptional style and genuine hospitality.
Inspired by the vibrancy of New York City, The Muse Hotel always has something going on.
- Strange Planet: America’s Best Bathrooms…the private restrooms at The Muse Hotel in Times Square, each designed to illustrate a vice: glam, envy, vanity, rebel, macho, and lust. Hotel guests step into a stark white chamber, representing purgatory, before choosing their path.
- Manage a Paw At The Muse New York — another Kimpton Hotel, natch – humans and dogs can indulge in a “Hers and Furs Pet-icure” as arranged by Canine Concierge Ginger, a 3-pound teacup Pomeranian and former doggy model. Ginger and her human counterpart, Concierge Lauren Myerson, work hard delivering organic pet treats to guestrooms and greeting guests at the hotel’s nightly wine reception.

- “I would highly recommend staying at The Muse if you're planning a trip Manhattan and want to be centrally located. A Kimpton property, The Muse has all of the required boutique hotel features, including a cozy lobby and hip looking bar/restaurant. The room itself was large by Manhattan standards, with a bathroom that was larger than most 4-star chain hotels that I typically stay at while traveling for work. All in all, The Muse delivered on the goods and made my four day stay a very enjoyable one.” Chris B. February 19, 2011
- “This is where I always stay when in NYC. Centrally located. Boutique hotel. The rooms are spacious by NYC standards and impeccably decorated. The bar/restaurant, NIOS, is amazing. Get an appetizer if you have dinner reservations elsewhere. You need a sampling! The wine menu is superior!” Elisabeth S. January 25, 2011
